Each day you are faced with expenses and costs, but it is not only the costs and expenses you see that will keep you poor and average. No it is the invisible costs that will keep you from reaching your greatness. You must understand that each day that you procrastinate the door to your Financial Freedom Closes a little more. This is not only your door but the door for you children, their children and on and on. The great wealth builders of the world know this concept and practice this every day of their lives. Whey will you take action.

Are you one of the 20% of Americans that admit to being a chronic procrastinator? If you are you need to change your ways immediately if you plan on reaching a goal of Wealth Building and Financial Freedom. This is no joke and I wish I was a better writer so I could properly outline the importance of taking action. Remember the choice is yours. Will you work until 65 years old and then live on a budget? Why there are much better ways to build wealth and prepare for the future. Take the first step and STOP PROCRASTINATING.

Here is what you are up against if you continue to rely to your current income: 330 people are turning 60 years old every hour! This means that the substantial part of the work force (that pays taxes) is moving to retirement age. The cost to average Americans will be substantial. These baby boomers will need more and more health care as they reach older age. Only 5% of Americans retiring today have achieved Financial Freedom. The rest rely on Government means, family support or significantly reduced budgets to get by. Get ready for increase in taxes….it has to happen. You are ready to give more of your money away? If not then stop procrastinating and take action immediately and find a mentor to assist you in your Wealth Building and Financial Freedom.

Stop reading this….No really stop reading and take out a piece of paper. Write down 25 things that would be different if were making your annual income in a monthly income. What are the 25 things that would be different. Some will say that this is impossible and they are right. Others will say they want to know how to do this as they know this is possible…and they are right also. You see, you are the biggest obstacle in your search for Financial Freedom. Your belief or lack of belief will either allow you to achieve more or stop you dead in your tracks. You must believe in yourself before you can reach greatness. Will you reach greatness or live like the masses. The choice is totally yours and yours alone.

Ok, so you have decided to change your life for the better: Congratulations. Now the work starts. Say good bye to your TV as it doesn’t make you any money but instead only keeps you from achieving your goals. The next step is to find a mentor. Your mentor needs to have vision, be hard working and most importantly willing to teach you how to achieve Financial Freedom. His system should teach how to use the newest technologies and make money. Stay away from any “copy cat” system. These are the ones that say “we do it for you”, “no work needed” or something along that lines as they are scams. I call anything that has a 97% failure rate a scam.

There are many methods to focus your self for success. My favorite is to make a list of your biggest time wasters These are the things in your life that do not make you money and you do because there is nothing else to do. Yes TV is the big one. Put in it on the list of things to stop doing until you have reached Financial Freedom. Then make a list of 15 to 20 items that you will do when you reach your Wealth Building goals. This second list will be the list the that keeps you focused. Make sure to put a date on each item and hold yourself accountable.

Now you need to find your Wealth Building opportunity. A good program will have multiple tiers for you to make money. This allows you to maximize your money making opportunities. Here a few to stay away from: Real Estate – too difficult for the beginner, Network Marketing that sells non-Pharmaceutical Grade vitamins…this is a disaster waiting to happen, Anything that says their system will do all the work for you…RUN AWAY, selling software in a network marketing mode….software is substandard at best…flash in the pan…very short term, travel programs…dime a dozen…taxes are too high and never included in package you are going to sell. Stay true to your ethics and pick a great product.

Picking your mentor is your single greatest factor in achieving Financial Freedom. They must have a system that you can make money on immediately while learning the industry and new technology. When looking for a mentor DO NOT choose someone that used to lay carpet or was jobless but now they are rich…nothing against them and good for them, but you need someone that comes from Corporate America and has put together sales teams in the past and now is successful. This person has the skills to assist you in your Wealth Building.
